I couldn’t be more impressed with Wayen WP-600 Semi-Matte Soundproof & Fire Retardant Water-Based Paint—it’s a game-changer for my urban homestay business, delivering exceptional acoustic performance, fire safety and eco-friendliness all in one! As a homestay owner, noise reduction and fire compliance were top priorities, and this paint exceeds every expectation. The sound insulation is outstanding: its porous sound absorption and damping vibration isolation dual mechanism blocks mid-high frequency street noise and cuts low-frequency footsteps/vibrations drastically. Applying a 2mm dry film (per guidelines) boosted my wall sound insulation by 4dB, eliminating echo and making rooms incredibly quiet—my guests constantly praise the peace and quiet! I recently used Wayen's Waterproof Ceramic Tile Paint for renovating my bathroom and backyard pool, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! This product has truly redefined hassle-free renovation—no need to smash or remove old tiles, which saved me tons of time, money, and dust. First off, the adhesion is outstanding. I was skeptical at first about painting directly over existing tiles, but this acrylic-based coating stuck firmly right after application. Even in high-moisture areas like the shower and around the pool, there’s no peeling, cracking, or hollowing out. It’s been months since the renovation, and the paint still looks as good as new, with zero signs of wear. The environmental friendliness is another big plus. Unlike cheap paints that emit strong, toxic odors, this water-based formula is completely odorless.
