Constructieproces

Voorbereiding van de constructie

Behandeling van de basislaag: Reinig de basislaag om olie, stof en los vuil te verwijderen. Maak scherpe uitsteeksels glad en vul scheuren en gaten met reparatiemortel.

Vereisten voor de basislaag: Stevig en vlak oppervlak zonder stilstaand water. Vochtige basisoppervlakken zijn acceptabel voor de constructie.

Omgevingsomstandigheden: Constructietemperatuurbereik 5°C tot 35°C, relatieve vochtigheid ≤85%. Vermijd constructie op regenachtige of winderige dagen.

Constructiestappen

Gedetailleerde verwerking: Behandel dakpijpverbindingen, hoeken, dakranden en andere gebieden vooraf met verf, leg vervolgens extra wapeningsgaas. Maak V-vormige groeven bij scheuren, vul deze met afdichtingsmateriaal en breng een wapeningslaag aan.

Schilderen: Breng aan met de "kruisende" methode om een gelijkmatige coating te garanderen. Laat de eerste laag drogen (ongeveer 4 uur) voordat u de tweede laag aanbrengt. Aanbevolen: 2 lagen met een totale dikte ≥1,5 mm. Gebruik: 1,0-1,5 kg per vierkante meter (afhankelijk van de staat van de basis en de laagdikte).

Onderhoud en bescherming: Laat na voltooiing 24 uur natuurlijk uitharden. Vermijd het betreden van het oppervlak en spoel niet met water. Als toegang door personeel nodig is, wacht dan 72 uur na de constructie.
