Voorbereiding van de constructie

Behandeling van de basislaag: Reinig de basislaag om ervoor te zorgen dat er geen olie, stof of los vuil aanwezig is. Maak scherpe uitsteeksels glad en vul scheuren/gaten met reparatiemortel
Vereisten voor de basislaag: Stevig en vlak, zonder stilstaand water (vochtige oppervlakken toegestaan)
Omgevingscondities: Temperatuur 5°C tot 35°C, vochtigheid ≤85%. Vermijd regenachtige of winderige dagen

Constructiestappen

Gedetailleerde verwerking: Behandel dakpijpverbindingen, hoeken, dakranden vooraf met verf, leg vervolgens extra verstevigingsgaas. Maak V-vormige groeven bij scheuren, vul deze met afdichtingsmateriaal en breng een verstevigingslaag aan
Schilderen: Breng aan met behulp van de "kruisende" methode voor een uniforme coating. De eerste laag droogt in ~4 uur voordat de tweede laag wordt aangebracht. Aanbevolen: 2 lagen met een totale dikte ≥1,5 mm. Gebruik: 1,0-1,5 kg per vierkante meter
Onderhoud & Bescherming: Natuurlijke uitharding gedurende 24 uur. Vermijd het betreden of het spoelen met water. Toegang voor personeel aanbevolen na 72 uur
