Constructieproces

Basisvoorbereiding: Muuroppervlak moet stevig, vlak, droog (vochtgehalte <10%), schoon en met een neutrale pH-waarde <10 zijn. Verwijder schimmel, olievlekken, stof en losse oude coatings. Gebruik een bijpassende alkalibestendige primer voor substraatbehandeling.
Constructieomgeving: Temperatuur 5°C-35°C, relatieve luchtvochtigheid <85%, zorg voor goede ventilatie.
Verfvoorbereiding: Goed roeren na opening. Indien verdunning nodig is, voeg schoon water toe (watergehalte niet meer dan 20%), goed roeren, laten staan om ontluchting te bevorderen voor gebruik.
Schildermethode: Aanbevolen "één grondlaag en twee toplaag" proces: breng alkalibestendige primer aan, gevolgd door twee lagen van dit product. Gebruik een roller of airless spuiten voor uniforme applicatie.

This water-based acrylic coating delivers incredible noise reduction—it cut down the indoor echo and outside disturbances drastically in my commercial space.
