I recently purchased WAYEN WF‑200 water-based roof waterproof coating and it exceeded all my expectations! This UV‑resistant, anti‑crack, and seepage‑proof elastic coating is truly outstanding. It’s water‑based, low‑VOC, non‑toxic, and odorless—super eco‑friendly and safe to apply. The coating dries fast, forms a dense, flexible film with elongation over 300%, handles base cracks perfectly, and stays flexible even at ‑20°C. It bonds strongly to concrete, metal, and asphalt roofs, provides long‑lasting weather and acid/alkali resistance, and lasts over 10 years. Application is a breeze with a brush; two coats create a seamless waterproof layer with no leaks after heavy rains. It’s easy to repair and low‑maintenance.
