As a homestay owner, noise reduction and fire compliance were top priorities, and this paint exceeds every expectation. The sound insulation is outstanding: its porous sound absorption and damping vibration isolation dual mechanism blocks mid-high frequency street noise and cuts low-frequency footsteps/vibrations drastically. I recently purchased Wayen’s Quick Drying Water Based Paint/Brick Stone Sealant for my home’s exterior patio and garden walkways, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. This product has exceeded all my expectations, from its easy application to its long-lasting performance—definitely a 5-star find for anyone needing reliable stone or brick protection! First, let’s talk about the application process. I was worried about tackling a DIY sealing project, but this product made it a breeze. The liquid consistency is perfect—not too thick to clump, nor too thin to run—and it applies smoothly with a roller (I also tried a brush for tight corners, and it worked just as well). The coverage is fantastic: I got roughly 120 sq ft per gallon, which matched the product’s specifications, and I didn’t need multiple coats to get full protection. Best of all, the quick drying time lived up to its name—within 3 hours, the surface was touch-dry, and I could walk on it without leaving marks.
