As a homestay owner, noise reduction and fire compliance were top priorities, and this paint exceeds every expectation. The sound insulation is outstanding: its porous sound absorption and damping vibration isolation dual mechanism blocks mid-high frequency street noise and cuts low-frequency footsteps/vibrations drastically. First, let’s talk about the application process. I was worried about tackling a DIY sealing project, but this product made it a breeze. The liquid consistency is perfect—not too thick to clump, nor too thin to run—and it applies smoothly with a roller (I also tried a brush for tight corners, and it worked just as well). The coverage is fantastic: I got roughly 120 sq ft per gallon, which matched the product’s specifications, and I didn’t need multiple coats to get full protection.
