施工プロセス

施工準備

下地処理: 下地層を清掃し、油、埃、緩んだ破片を除去します。鋭利な突起を滑らかにし、ひび割れや穴を補修モルタルで埋めます。
下地要件: 水たまりのない、固く平らな表面（湿った表面での施工も可能）
環境条件: 温度範囲5℃～35℃、相対湿度≦85%。雨天や強風時の施工は避けてください。

施工手順

詳細処理

屋根のパイプジョイント、コーナー、軒など、塗料で事前に処理し、補強メッシュ生地を追加で敷設します。
ひび割れにV字型の溝を作り、シーリング材を充填し、補強層を塗布します。

塗装

均一なコーティングを確実にするために、「交差」法を使用して塗布します。
2回目の塗装を行う前に、1回目の塗装を乾燥させます（約4時間）。
推奨：合計厚さ≧1.5mmの2回塗り
使用量：約1.0～1.5kg/平方メートル（下地状態と塗膜厚さによる）

メンテナンスと保護

施工後24時間自然乾燥させてください。
表面を踏んだり、水をかけたりしないでください。
人が立ち入る場合は、施工完了後72時間待ってください。
