Construction Process

Construction Preparation

Base surface treatment: Clean the base layer to remove oil, dust, and loose debris. Smooth sharp protrusions and fill cracks and holes with repair mortar
Base surface requirements: Solid and flat surface without standing water (damp surfaces allowed for construction)
Environmental conditions: Temperature range 5°C to 35°C, relative humidity ≤85%. Avoid construction on rainy or windy days

Construction Steps

Detailed Processing

Pre-treat roof pipe joints, corners, eaves, and other areas with paint, then lay additional reinforcing mesh fabric
Create V-shaped grooves at cracks, fill with sealing material, and apply reinforcing layer

Painting

Apply using "crossing" method to ensure uniform coating
Allow first coat to dry (approximately 4 hours) before applying second coat
Recommended: 2 coats with total thickness ≥1.5mm
Usage: Approximately 1.0-1.5kg per square meter (depending on base layer condition and coating thickness)

Maintenance and Protection

Allow natural curing for 24 hours after construction
Avoid stepping on surface and water flushing
For personnel access, wait 72 hours after construction completion

Perfect product! The WF-200 water-based elastic waterproof roofing coating works amazingly well for my roof renovation. Great flexibility and strong elasticity, it can cover small cracks on the roof surface perfectly. Made with eco-friendly water-based material, it has almost no strange odor, safe and friendly for construction. The adhesion is excellent, it sticks firmly on concrete and old roof surfaces, not easy to peel or fade. It features great weather resistance, UV protection and long durability, suitable for outdoor long-term use. Application is super easy with brush or roller, fast drying and time-saving. After heavy rains, my roof stays completely dry with no leakage at all. High cost performance and stable quality. I’m very impressed and will repurchase for my other buildings. Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended!
