I couldn’t be more impressed with Wayen WP-600 Semi-Matte Soundproof & Fire Retardant Water-Based Paint—it’s a game-changer for my urban homestay business, delivering exceptional acoustic performance, fire safety and eco-friendliness all in one! As a homestay owner, noise reduction and fire compliance were top priorities, and this paint exceeds every expectation. The sound insulation is outstanding: its porous sound absorption and damping vibration isolation dual mechanism blocks mid-high frequency street noise and cuts low-frequency footsteps/vibrations drastically. Applying a 2mm dry film (per guidelines) boosted my wall sound insulation by 4dB, eliminating echo and making rooms incredibly quiet—my guests constantly praise the peace and quiet! I recently used Wayen's Waterproof Ceramic Tile Paint for renovating my bathroom and backyard pool, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! This product has truly redefined hassle-free renovation—no need to smash or remove old tiles, which saved me tons of time, money, and dust. First off, the adhesion is outstanding. I was skeptical at first about painting directly over existing tiles, but this acrylic-based coating stuck firmly right after application. Even in high-moisture areas like the shower and around the pool, there’s no peeling, cracking, or hollowing out.
