The coating thickness is perfectly controlled at 50-100 microns per coat as described, forming a dense, seamless protective film on the roof surface after application.It delivers outstanding waterproof performance, completely stops rainwater seepage and roof leakage even in heavy rainy days. Great adhesion to concrete roof substrates, no peeling or cracking after long-term sun exposure. Excellent UV resistance and weather durability, well adapts to temperature changes.Super easy to apply with brush or roller, smooth construction, quick drying and even coverage. No complicated mixing required, saving much labor and construction time. Cost-effective high-performance coating for roof renovation and new building waterproofing. Highly recommend to all contractors and homeowners!
